GDPR and Privacy
Eastern Moors Staff and any volunteers who have access to the website admin portal shall be trained under RSPB guidelines for their GDPR policy.
Web visitor accounts created for the purposes of submitting website enquiries/ contact form information or for any bookings or other submissions shall be held for no longer than 6 months or when not reasonably required whichever is sooner, before being removed. This information is only requested where vital for the required function and there details will only be used strictly for the purposes submitted at the time and no others without request or permission from users.
Information stored on the Little Fire server for all the above shall be held securely and in accordance with their data protection policy’s. Upon request, individuals can request that their information be removed where appropriate by contacting the Eastern Moors Partnership.
Whenever possible data collection is anonymised and the minimal personal details are requested from users.
